Dr Tandon and Dr Puri are both fantastic doctors. I know sometimes we have to wait but it doesn't bother me because they care about their patients. I can count on them to return calls promptly and they are always available. Dr. Tandon treats my mother with compassion and is extremely dedicated physician. I love this practice and wish more doctors offices were as reliable and dedicated as this office, physicians and staff! Keep up the great work:-)

I take my mom to see Dr Tendon and have been nothing but happy with the service. Office staff are amazing and helpful and Dr Tendon cares very much!

Over all a positive experience but a few downsides…1) my appointment was for 4 PM. I did not get seen until 5 PM. It was a long wait.2) I did not see Dr. Tandon whom I was scheduled to see. I was shifted to Dr. Puri without being told or asked if that was OK. I feel like I should’ve been notified that Dr. Tandon was not available but his associate would be seeing me in advance.

Then it should’ve been up to me whether I wanted to see him or not. Dr Puri was a good doctor and I felt very comfortable with him and he took good care of me. I still feel like I should have been notified ahead of time and asked if that was OK to make the switch in my appointment with which physician I would see.
