Meet Dr. Gaurav Tandon

Dr. Gaurav Tandon is a board-certified nephrologist and the owner of Kidney Clinic of North Florida PLLC in Jacksonville, Florida. With over a decade of experience in kidney care, he specializes in diagnosing and treating kidney diseases, including CKD and other conditions.

A board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, Dr. Tandon completed his nephrology fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he has been involved in medical education since 2015.

For Dr. Tandon, education is equally important in patient care. Helping individuals understand their diagnosis, treatment options and the factors influencing their kidney health is an essential part of building confidence and making informed healthcare decisions. Dr. Tandon is affiliated with multiple hospitals and remains committed to making specialized care accessible, understandable and patient-focused.
